Yoga Classes

The Yoga Room classes are based on the tradition of Yogacharya T. Krishnamacharya of South India. These classes involve postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and yoga techniques to quiet the mind (meditation) and strengthen and relax the body.    

 

The Yoga Room offers beginner, gentle and experienced classes by certified teachers.  Our classes are small with a maximum 8 students per class.  Please advise your teacher of any health conditions.  Yoga mats are freely provided or you may bring your own. 

 

This is a scent free studio.  For everyone's comfort, no perfumes or scented body creams and laundry products. 

 

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle and prepare for your yoga class.
