*What is Chair Yoga?
Instead of laying on the floor, this way of practicing allows you to sit and stand comfortably using the chair as your starting point. Almost all yoga postures can be modified to be done safely and with great benefit from a chair. Breathing practices and quiet sitting will also be taught. This is a class suitable for those new to yoga and experienced practioners. It is useful for people with movement challenges or for those who want to learn to sit and move healthily in regular life activites at work and at home.
Pre-registration is required with a fee of $25.00 to hold your space
There are no refunds
Balance is due at first class unless otherwise arranged. Postdated cheques are accepted
There are no discounts for missed classes. All classes must be paid in full
Missed classes may be made up during this semester only
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle and prepare for your class
This is a scent free studio.
For everyone's comfort, no perfumes or scented body creams and laundry products.
